The archaeological site in Dorohoi, ”Vatra Târgului”

The archaeological site in Dorohoi, ”Vatra Târgului” (the Hearth of the City) point is included in group A of historical monuments, having a national and universal value (Code LMI 2010 – BT-I–s–A–01779). The archeological monument is located in the urban area of Dorohoi municipality, on Ștefan cel Mare Street, at approximately 200 meters from “Saint Nicholas” Church. The site dates from the Middle Ages, corresponding to the 15th – 17th centuries.
